Exercises

I have a Pilates Reformer but have lost the instructional exercises. Can you help me is there a site where I can download and print the exercises?

Thanks,

Barbara Carter

  1. Rael Isacowitz has recently publised a book called “PILATES” which features mat and all equipment exercises. There are great photographs and detailed descriptions of all the exercises. It is well worth looking for.

  2. Hi there,

As a pilates instructor I would recommend the Stott advanced reformer manual as it has excellent pictures and instructions.

I did a search to see if there was any free manual and could not find any. Perhaps e-bay might a venue. Have you also contacted the manufacturer to see if you could have a free copy. I hope that you find something. Enjoy the benefits of Pilates.
